Return Process

  Place the item in its original presentation box along with all documentation, certificates, and warranty cards, ensuring it is packed securely to prevent movement during transit.

  Insured Shipping

  Ship your package using a tracked and fully insured courier service; we recommend using the pre-paid shipping label provided by our team to guarantee coverage.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our master watchmakers will inspect the item's condition; upon approval, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
